ServiceCal is a UKAS-accredited calibration laboratory, based in Greater Manchester.

Calibration is an essential service – ensuring that equipment is working within manufacturers’ original specifications, and can therefore be depended on to perform as expected.

ServiceCal can calibrate to the manufacturer’s original specifications, or, where required, to specifications provided by the customer.

We offer both UKAS and 'in-house' calibration certificates on a wide range of instruments – and all measurements are fully traceable to recognised national standards.

Our standard turnaround time is five working days from receipt of the equipment to be calibrated. We also offer premium 24- and 48-hour turnaround, at extra cost, for equipment which is pre-booked.

Servicecal is a UKAS – 17025-accredited calibration laboratory (0152) which provides calibration to this standard at its permanent laboratory in Heywood. Calibrations can be performed on site, traceable to national standards, and an in-house certificate issued.

 A service department is fully equipped to carry our repairs to component level on a wide range of equipment – including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, thermometers, pressure gauges, PAT testers, verniers/micrometers, wind-speed meters/anemometers, 17th Edition test equipment through to laboratory standards and multifunction calibrators. Services include wind–speed, temperature and pressure testing.

Based in Greater Manchester, our services cover most of the UK. We provide calibration services in Altrincham, Birkenhead, Birmingham, Blackburn, Blackpool, Bolton, Bramhall, Burnley, Bury, Cheadle, Chester, Chorley, Congleton, Heywood, Leyland, Liverpool, Macclesfield, Manchester, Oldham, Preston, Rochdale, Sale, Salford, Southport, Stockport, Warrington, Winsford and Wrexham.
