Stockholding of equipment
We can undertake stockholding and management of your inventory – our customers provide the stock, and we hold it ready for use. This enables us to provide replacement items to you before yours run out, or when they are in need of repair – meaning no one in your organisation is without equipment. We can tailor this service to your needs – advising which items to hold, based on your equipment inventory.
Instrument recall
No need to worry about when equipment is due for calibration or certification – we can tell you, in advance, when instruments are due.
Full inventory service
We can provide a full inventory service to register exactly the equipment you have – saving you the time and cost of creating and maintaining an inventory.
Technical support
We can provide technical support, via telephone or e-mail, on supported equipment. (Support provided free to all customers, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.)
Online services
We provide a range of online services to make it easier for customers to view their calibration history and download certificates. Our secure online customer zone provides customers with information at their fingertips: access to all certificates, test results and service reports. Customers can find what they want quickly, searching by serial number and date.
